*At the Noetia mansion, Lloyd was entering his car with Sae, Gambit, and Garcia. Dust was also in the car with them. The car left the mansion followed by many other cars. Meanwhile, in the ocean near the mansion, a small boat was drifting to the cliff. In the boat were Jin, Ryuuji, and Alita. With the light security, they managed to reach the mansion without being noticed and thanks to Alita were able to avoid the mines within the ocean*
(Jin): All right. This is the spot. Ready, Alita?
*Alita stood up, turned around, and presented her tail to Jin*
(Alita): Please, be gentle.
*Jin blushed at the innocent face Alita was making but ignored it to focus on the task at hand. Grabbing the tail, Jin couldn’t help but be amazed at its texture and design. He had always wanted to do a more in-depth analysis on the tail for some time but never got a chance until now. He would, unfortunately, have to hold off on examining the tail and instead start manipulating it to his will. As Jin began manipulating the tail, Alita decided to tease him a little more*
(Alita): Ahn~.
*Jin stopped and looked at Alita staring at him innocently and Jin blushed intensely. Ryuuji sat there and couldn’t help but snicker at the two*
(Jin): Don’t make this more sexual than it needs to be.
(Alita): Sorry. Just trying to lighten the mood. Please continue.
*Jin returns to manipulating Alita’s tail and after a few seconds pass he manages to finish turning Alita’s tail into a drill*
(Jin): All done. Give it a go.
*Alita examines and glances at the drill. She then concentrates and the drill begins to spin making a low sound. Having gotten a feel for the drill, Alita approaches the cliff and begins drilling a hole up toward the mansion*

*In the outskirts near the palace, Lloyd led his team into a secret tunnel that led them underneath the palace. They stopped once they reached the center of the tunnel*
(Lloyd): This is it, everyone. From here we will ascend up into the palace and make our way down to the Golem. Kill anyone who stands in our way. I don’t care if they’re a guard or a member of the royal family. This kingdom has been ours for some time now. It’s time we let them know that their presence is no longer necessary. For the Syndicate!
(Everyone): For the Syndicate!
*Lloyd then took out a remote and pressed a button which set off explosives. The explosion opened a hole in the roof. Using earth magic, a member of the Syndicate lifted everyone upward into the palace*

*Back at the mansion, Chief and everybody were in their room with Sean who was enjoying some tea. The Chief and the others were exhausted from the truth serum and could barely move*
(Chief): That was one of the worst experiences of my life.
(Sean): I tried to warn you. If you would have just handed over your passcode from the beginning you could have avoided this mess. Still, it’s impressive you guys were able to hold on for as long as you could. I guess that old training never goes away even with age.
(Chief): You’re awfully calm given the situation. Now that they’ve got the passcodes you’re all but useless to them now.
(Sean): You don’t think I’ve thought of that? That’s why I’ll be leaving tonight. As a way to honor my years of commitment to the Syndicate and our friendship, Lloyd is allowing me to leave. I also secured your safety as well. I know it doesn’t make up for everything I’ve done to you, but hopefully this counts for something.
(Alexander): If I had the strength I’d get out of this chair right now and punch you in the face.
(Thomas): And I’d strangle that scrawny neck of yours.
*Sean lets out a chuckle as he finishes his tea*
(Sean): Yeah, that’s what I expected.
*Sean sets the teacup down on the table and gets up*
(Sean): I guess I’ll take my leave now. Once the Golem has been secured you’ll be released as well. Farewell guys. Have a good life.
*Sean walks toward the door and opens it. As soon as he opens it he gets immediately shot in the stomach by an ice bullet. Sean’s body flies backward to the floor as Chief and the others watch in horror. When the door opens fully, Diamanda walks in with smoke coming from the tip of her umbrella and a sadistic smirk on her face. Two more men of the Syndicate walk in behind her with guns. Chief and the others quickly stood up to and went to check on Sean. He was bleeding out badly and there was no way to stop it*
(Diamanda): Bull’s eye. Right in the stomach.
(Thomas): What the hell are you doing?
(Diamanda): Just following the boss’s orders.
*Sean looked up at Diamanda*
(Diamanda): I take it you’re wondering what I’m talking about? Well listen up, because I got a message from him. *Clears throat* Dear Sean, I thank you for your years of service and friendship. They truly mean the world to me. However, I cannot allow you to walk freely. I’m sorry, but you know too many secrets of the Syndicate and I can’t have that knowledge falling into the wrong hands. I will honor my promise and make sure no harm befalls you by my hands. However, this doesn’t apply to my men who are free to act accordingly to their wishes on how to keep you from leaving. Nothing personal. Just business. End of message. So there you have it. I decided the best course of action was to kill you rather than lock you up for eternity. Save us room and money on feeding you. Dispose of the body.
*The men nodded and pushed Chief and the others out of the way. They picked up the body, walked over to the window, opened it and tossed the body into the ocean below much to the shock of Mary and the disgust of Chief, Alexander, and Thomas who quickly got in front of Mary to protect her*
(Diamanda): How noble of you three old-timers. Now who should I shoot first? Eennie-meanie-minne. . .you.
*Diamanda points her umbrella gun at Chief. Just when she’s about to fire, she gets tossed out of the room by Alita’s tail wrapping around her waist. Diamanda screams in terror as she goes flying through the open window. Jin and Ryuuji quickly run into the room where they deliver dropkicks to the two Syndicate members which send them both out the window and into the ocean*
(Thomas): Who the blazes are these three?
(Chief): My friends who I was talking about.
(Ryuuji): Chief, are you okay? How about everyone else?
(Chief): We’re fine. Just a little shaken up. Uh guys, this is Ryuuji, Jin, and Alita. They’re some friends I work with back in the kingdom. This is Mary, Thomas, and Alexander. My old spy buddies back in the day.
(Alita): Hello.
(Jin): Nice to meet you.
(Ryuuji): Thank you all for your service. We’re here to rescue you.
(Diamanda): I don’t think so.
*The group watches as Diamanda comes flying back into the room all while using her umbrella as a helicopter. As soon as she landed she opened fire on the group with Alita using a light magic shield to protect everyone*
(Alita): Go! I shall hold her off.
(Ryuuji): Alright. Good luck, Alita.
*Everyone left the room while Alita stayed behind to face Diamanda. They made it to the stairs and started to descend down them*
(Mary): Are you sure it was right to leave that girl behind?
(Jin): Don’t worry. She’s a lot tougher than she looks. If she says she’ll hold her off then we have nothing to worry about.
*As soon they reached the bottom of the stairs, Ryuuji blocked a fireball attack aimed at them. The group saw Maven standing in the middle of the room in front of them along with seven other members of the Syndicate*
(Maven): I can’t allow you to escape. Surrender now and I shall make your deaths all the less painful.
*Maven takes up a fight pose with flames surrounding his fists*
(Ryuuji): I’ll handle this. Jin.
(Jin): Right. I’ll get them to safety.
*Jin leads Chief and the others to the dining room while Ryuuji takes up a fighting pose similar to Maven. Flames also surround his fist surprising Maven*
(Maven): Are you also a practitioner of the Fire Grid?
(Ryuuji): Yes. Now stand down. I’d rather not fight a fellow seeker of the flame.
(Maven): I’m afraid I can’t do that. Pursue the intruder and the others. This man is too much for you to handle.
*The seven Syndicate members nodded and went after Jin and the others. While Ryuuji wanted to stop them he knew he couldn’t take his focus off of Maven and had faith that Jin would be fine. Ryuuji and Maven ran toward each other where their fists collided with one another resulting in the two being enveloped by fire*

*The members of the Syndicate were searching the mansion looking for Jin and the others but could find no trace of them*
(Syndicate lackey #1): Where’d they go, dammit?
(Syndicate lackey #2): They’re not in this room.
(Syndicate lackey #3): Or this one.
(Syndicate lackey #1): Keep searching. You go that way. Check that room over there.
(Syndicate lackey #4): Hey! I found something! Over here!
*The members of the Syndicate entered a storage room and saw a hole in the middle of the floor*
(Syndicate lackey #5): So that’s how they got in.
(Syndicate lackey #1): What are you waiting for? Go!
*One member of the Syndicate jumps into the hole and immediately screams out in pain. Wondering what’s going on, a member uses his light magic to illuminate the hole and sees spikes along the walls of the hole*
(Syndicate lackey #6): The hole has been rigged with spikes. It’s too dangerous to jump in.
(Syndicate lackey #3): This hole was dug along the cliff. That’s probably where they’re at.

*On the side of the cliff, Jin was helping Chief and the others into the boat. Once everyone was into the boat it took off just in time as members of the Syndicate arrived and opened fire on the boat. Jin used his metal manipulation to create his giant shield and used that to protect everyone*
(Syndicate lackey #1): That boat is heading into town. Get everyone who’s on standby to be on the lookout. If you see them. Shoot them dead.
