(Nitsuj): Hello and welcome to Project Nitsuj where we’re continuing My Hero Summeria. We continue our story with season 3. After season 2, the popularity of My Hero Academia skyrocketed. It grew in popularity not only in Japan but worldwide. People were talking about it online, kids and adults were wearing merchandise from the show proudly for everyone to see. I would see a number of people at my workplace come in MHA hoodies, shirts or keychains. This would serve as the precursor before Demon Slayer became a worldwide hit and confirmed that anime was now being accepted into the public as a common practice.
(Shizuku): Indeed. So following the promise of a third season, MHA would return in the spring of 2018 to the delight of everyone. Was this season able to build off the momentum season 2 created? Let’s find out. Suit up and let’s take a look at MHA S3.
Opening and Ending Themes
(Nitsuj): The first opening for season 3 is “ODD FUTURE” by UVERworld, one of my all-time favorite Japanese bands. This song is an absolute banger and a perfect song that matches Izuku’s personality perfectly. For a lot of fans this was their favorite opening in the series. Personally, I like Sora ni Utaeba a little more, but this song is definitely close. The second opening is “Make My Story” by Lenny Code Fiction. This is another opening that a lot of people like but strangely enough nobody really talks about it which is a shame because it’s really good. The whole song just fills you with energy and makes you want to get up and do something physical. After what we experience in the first half of the season, this opening was a good change of pace and tone for us.
(Shizuku): Our first ending this time around is “Update” by Miwa. Not one of my favorite endings for the series. The song itself isn’t bad, it just felt out of place whenever an episode ended. We literally just got a big reveal about a character to end the episode and this song started playing. Read the room! The second ending is “Long Hope Philia” by Masaki Suda. Very peaceful, serene, and matches the vibe of the second half. Nothing much to say about this ending. It’s a good one overall and shows Izuku no longer following All Might’s footsteps but making his own ones as he moves forward.
Episodes 1-4
(Nitsuj): So the first episode of season 3 mostly serves as kind of a re-introduction into the characters, past events, and relationships that the characters have with each other. Summer vacation has officially started, and everyone is getting ready for their summer camp. While doing weight training in his room, Izuku receives a visit from Kaminari and Mineta who invite him to use the school pool with them for some endurance training (what are you guys up to? I’ve used that excused before, come on). Of course being the perverted duo that they are, Mineta and Kaminari overheard the girls talk about using the pool over summer vacation and now want to use this chance to see the girls in bikinis, and with Izuku there with them it makes their actions look less suspicious (Shizuku: If only they put in this amount of effort at school, they might make great heroes). They go to the pool where we see the ever so diligent Izuku invited the rest of the boys to train with them (so pure). The girls are there as well but they’re in the school swimsuits which while not bad don’t really spark the imagination (Corbin: Speak for yourself. Scene here: https://youtu.be/n9j1FJ384gU?si=-saaTsRbuyzUI-Ik). While the girls go off and play, the boys go through with their endurance training and host a swimming contest to see who’s the fastest. They do 3 qualifying rounds with Katsuki winning the first race, Shoto wins the second race, and Izuku narrowly wins the third place defeating Tenya by just a fingertip. Before the final race can begin, Aizawa comes in and stops it saying that their pool time is over and it’s time to go home (Shizuku: Awww~. Scene here: https://youtu.be/0w7u9oFGyRA?si=CCvYFs5kTAbfCshW).
(Shizuku): In episode 2 Deku and the rest of the class go on their summer camp where they’ll be in care of the pro heroes the Pussycats who own the mountain area they’ll be training at (*Nitsuj and the Jack Bros. begin to laugh uncontrollably* (Shizuku): Yeah, yeah, get it out of your system. (Baron): Ahh~ pussycat. (Nitsuj): What’s new pussycat?). Their first task is to reach their dorm by 12:30 or miss lunch but to get to the dorm they have to go through the beast forest which is crawling with rock monsters created by the Pussycats (*Nitsuj and the Jack bros. begin laughing uncontrollably again* (Shizuku): Really?). The class has no choice but to fight their way through with Izuku, Tenya, Shoto, and Katsuki taking the lead and clearing a path for the others to follow who also have their moments to shine as well (much like the exams from last season this stuff was added into the anime and it’s a welcome addition to the story. In the manga they cut to the kids reaching their destination at the beginning of the next chapter. Here, we actually get a chance to see everyone show off their skills and contribute to the team. Scene here: https://youtu.be/B8eTdRVxwDg?si=RDylnjm4KD2vNs0i). They manage to reach the dorm at sundown completely at exhausted but getting praised for their effort especially Izuku, Tenya, Shoto, and Katsuki. Once at the dorm they meet a kid named Kota who punches Izuku in the dick (https://youtu.be/qC9K4iUHEF0?t=15s. Scene here: https://youtu.be/bci2mp_4fuQ?si=ZlCZ14aJfg5NABLI) and says heroes are pointless. The group then eats, goes in the baths where Mineta tries to peek on the girls only to fail but Kota succeeds (Nitsuj: He’s got the plus ultra spirit). This scene is of course too stimulating for a kid and he passes out only to get caught by Izuku (scene here: https://youtu.be/9vhI9iop_uA?si=UNRU-vesDekclqRt). Izuku takes him to the Pussycats (*As Nitsuj and the Jack Bros. begin to laugh, Shizuku gets up and punches all three of them in face* (Shizuku): Now what say we start being professional here, alright? (Nitsuj and Jack Bros.): Yes. We’re sorry) where we find out that Kota’s parents used to be heroes as well, but they died in the line of duty. While everyone praised Kota’s parents for dying an honorable death, to Kota it just felt like his parents leaving him behind and dying a pointless death. The next morning, Aizawa tells the group that they’ll be focusing on strengthen their quirks. While has grown stronger mentally and experience wise, their quirks have remained the same and we need to fix that.
Episode 3 starts with everyone doing special training to strengthen their quirks and make them stronger to the point where they’re collapsing (scene here: https://youtu.be/3dgIOZk7g2s?si=vu70NYjau5IxhJSi. Destroy, redesign, rebuild, and dominate. (Nitsuj): The Shizuku code in a nutshell. (Shizuku): Damn straight). Class B also joins in the consensual torture and at night they have to make their own dinner themselves. During this time Izuku approaches Kota where we find out it’s not just heroes he hates, he hates the whole superhuman community. Quirks, heroes, villains it doesn’t matter to him. In his mind, the whole superhuman community is an eyesore that needs to be destroyed. The next night they have a test of courage where each class will take turns trying to scare each other. At first everything seems fine and fun but then the League of Villains show up and suddenly the test of courage becomes a test of survival.
In episode 4 the League of Villains attack our heroes but the highlight of the episode (and the arc) comes with Izuku fighting a villain to save Kota. While Kota was hanging out in his hideaway during the attack he gets attacked by a villain and not just any villain the same villain who’s responsible for killing parents (Nitsuj: Wow, talk about fate. He came to finish off the rest of the family). The villain’s named is Muscular and his quirk is that he can enhance and expand his muscle fibers making him stronger and faster (Nitsuj: It’s basically an upgraded version of One for All) and if you were hoping for one of these deep villains like Stain you won’t get that with this guy. He’s the lowest of the low, he’s not out for fame or money, he just wants to kill people (Nitsuj: He can’t be negotiated with or understood. He wants to burn the forest down and see what he kills). Izuku arrives onto the scene to protect Kota and fights Muscular all by himself because he didn’t tell anyone where he was going (not one of his smartest moves). Muscular easily overwhelms Izuku right off the bat with his quirk and even breaks one of Izuku’s arms (and he didn’t even scream out in pain. He’s become such a badass). Izuku manages to latch onto Muscular and delivers a 100% punch directly to his face but Muscular is able to get back up because it was too obvious (yeah I saw that punch coming a while away. It needs to be more surprising and unexpected *Nitsuj moves away from Shizuku*. I’m not going to hit you. (Nitsuj): Not taking any chances with you). Muscular starts to fight more seriously and Izuku realizes that he has to take this guy down now or he and Kota will be killed by him. Izuku gathers up all his strength and uses his bad arm (that arm is going to explode on him) to try and punch out Muscular but his muscle fiber is just too thick and strong to break through. As Izuku gets crushed by the muscle fiber (Nitsuj: Well that’ll be a strange death) Kota uses water gun to distract Muscular which allows Izuku to dig deep and unleash 1 million percent of One for All on Muscular and finally beat him. The episode ends with Izuku victorious and for the first time in his life Kota finding someone he can call his hero (scene here: https://youtu.be/ePUulvFRiaA?si=Rj0GHKB2tDyOfvVB).
Episodes 5-8
Well a lot goes down in episode 5. Izuku takes Kota back to the camp where he runs into Aizawa who just got done fighting the mud clone of a young villain named Dabi. Having a runners high, Izuku hands Kota over to him and goes to inform the Pussycats (*Nitsuj giggles a little*) that Kota is fine and delivers a message from Aizawa to let all students know that they have permission to fight (it’s hero time bitches). Izuku then heads into the forest to look for Katsuki because that’s who the villains are after (Nitsuj: Like we said he looks like a villain, acts like a villain, and even has powers you would associate with a villain. He’d be a perfect fit for the League of Villains. Scene here: https://youtu.be/ockmAD9_4Is?si=K7bXYY9x61sB35P5). As Izuku searches for his friend/bully (they have an odd relationship), we see Tetsutetsu and Kando from class B take on the villain Mustard who is responsible for the poison surrounding the forest. Tetsutetsu goes for the direct approach and tries to attack head on but Mustard pulls out a gun and shoots him (Nitsuj: You would think in a society of superheroes and villains, guns would become obsolete but no they’re still around). Luckily, Tetsutetsu’s iron body protects him but his gas mask gets broken and he slowly starts to get weaker and weaker as Mustard continues to shoot him and thanks to the gas he can sense where Kando is coming from whenever she tries to attack him. Kando uses her quirk which allows her to make her hands bigger (Baron: I’m thinking of something incredibly dirty right now) and swats away the gas which makes the area thicker and allows Tetsutetsu to knock out Mustard with one swift iron punch to the face. We return to the Izuku who continues to look for Katsuki when all of sudden he gets attacked by some unknown creature. Shoji saves him and it gets revealed that the creature is Tokoyami who has lost control of his shadow because of how dark it is and the darker it gets the stronger his shadow becomes but in the process it becomes more violent and uncontrollable.
At the start of episode 6 Izuku comes up with a plan to save Tokoyami. In order to calm down his shadow (Dark Shadow as he likes to call it) they need light but they’re too far away from the camp and the fire in the woods so the only other alternative they have is Shoto and Katsuki. Carrying Izuku on his back (Nitsuj: Like Luke and Yoda in the Empire Strikes Back. (Shizuku): Strong with the hero these two are) Shoji makes a run for Shoto and Katsuki with Tokoyami on their tail. They manage to reach the duo where they’re in the middle of fighting a villain (all clad in S&M gear) and they let the villain experience Tokoyami’s rampage before helping him regain control of his shadow (scene here: https://youtu.be/Oh6WY0D7FDE?si=BLFapFkJEGxe0hPD). With the villain defeated and Tokoyami finally calmed down, the group now works their way back to the camp all while protecting Katsuki who is not happy about being protected (shut up and walk before I drop your ass and carry you back myself). As they make their way through the forest we see Ochaco and Tsu run into another villain named Toga a crazy girl who likes to take the blood of people. Toga manages to capture Tsu (Nitsuj: Don’t hurt Froppy) but she gets saved by Ochaco who uses her martial arts training (woken mode) to disarm Toga and restrain her. Toga tries to play mind games with Ochaco by saying she can tell Ochaco likes someone (scene here: https://youtu.be/Zy1sPTPEO6A?si=o-FLfB-ZqoF_T9_4. (Nitsuj): I’m pretty sure half the class knows) and this distraction allows Toga to stick a needle into Ochaco’s leg to drain blood only to stop when Izuku’s group shows up and Toga develops a crush on Izuku because she has a thing for guys who are beat up, covered in bruises and dripping with blood (https://youtu.be/Wu0lr3YObIg?t=1s). Toga manages to escape and while the group was distracted Katsuki and Tokoyami got captured by a villain who puts them in marbles. The group chases after the villain but he’s too far ahead so Izuku tells Ochaco and Tsu to toss him, Shoji, and Shoto towards the villain (you know Izuku is showing how much of a badass he is in this episode. He got beaten up, almost died, and has two broken arms. Yet, despite all of this he carried a kid back to the camp, saved one of his friends from his own quirk, has been running through the woods with broken arms, and now about to be thrown through the air all while trying to save his classmate. No wonder Ochaco fell for him). The boy manages to land on top of the villain and crash land in front of Dabi, Toga and another villain named Double (who seems to give off a Two-Face vibe).
Not much really happens in episode 7. Izuku, Shoto, and Shoji try to reclaim the marbles from the villains but only manage to save Tokoyami while Katsuki gets taken away (scene here: https://youtu.be/cGXQM3sROvU?si=ZiTG585ZChX1oUhz). In the end the villains won. Even though the heroes managed to capture three villains, the multiple injuries of students and one missing student doesn’t make up for the losses they received. The media has a field day with this lost but there is hope thanks to Momo who thanks to another student was able to tag one of the nomus with a tracking device. She informs the pros about this and they now have a location as to where the villains are. Izuku wakes up in the hospital where the rest of the class tells him this and Eijiro says he and Shoto are going to ask Momo to make another tracker so that they can go and rescue Katsuki themselves (Nitsuj: That is a terrible idea. Scene here: https://youtu.be/bT7Y9EJUOpA?si=N65FarB74ei-fwYe).
(Nitsuj): So in episode 8 Izuku gets released from the hospital but not before getting told that his ligaments in his arm are battered very badly and if he keeps fighting the way he has he’ll lose the use of his arms (Shizuku: It’s just like Aizawa said, he’s a liability more than an asset). He also receives a thank you letter from Kota (as well as an apology for punching him in the balls. He should be apologizing to Ochaco as well). That night, Shoto and Eijiro meet up outside the hospital and wait for Momo to decide if she’ll help them. She shows up with Izuku and agrees to help them however she’s going with them as well in the hopes that once they see how dangerous and dire the situation is they’ll turn around and stop them from getting into fights with the villains (that’s right, this is a covert mission). Tenya shows up and tries to talk them out of it one last time (Shizuku: The man speaks from experience), even punching Izuku in face (bro, that’s your bro. What the hell bro?) for being inconsiderate of the feelings of everyone who cares about him (particularly his mom. I feel so bad for this woman. What mother wants to see her son lying unconscious in a hospital bed all injured?). Tenya also decides to go with them to make sure they don’t get i to fights and they head off to Yokohama which is where the villains are hiding (scene here: https://youtu.be/39-aTRK3TNU?si=7L_qAeOtg3u_O5sI). Once they arrive, they put on disguises (Shizuku: Izuku looks like a thug, Shoto looks good, Momo looks like a hostess, Tenya looks like he should be working in a cabaret club, and Eijiro looks like a guy cosplaying. Scene here: https://youtu.be/X-uOkcFmuZA?si=4S4ica1wXBkBrDxF). While that’s going on some of the more elite heroes gather and we see Shigaraki try to get Katsuki to be a villain (like I said, everything about this guy just screams villain but in the end he’s determined to be a hero and surpass All Might) and even stupidly lets him out of his chains where Katsuki attacks him. Katsuki begins talking about how he’s not buying into Shigaraki’s crap and wants to be a hero like All Might who no matter how bad the situation is he manages to win in the end (scene here: https://youtu.be/gVuBY_OOHSs?si=1AXAiGDysj2nnO2e).
Episodes 9-13
Episode 9 is build up for the fight to come. Izuku and the others arrive at the Nomu factory while on the other side, the heroes raid Shigaraki’s base where they have the place surrounded and capture the criminals demanding that they surrender . Back at the Nomu factory, Mt. Lady crushes the place (still has a great ass) along with Best Jeanist all provides back-up (scenes here: https://youtu.be/3I2fxySMwOE?si=OQH19wkSFBUKG_pF and https://youtu.be/AtlABwMTZX4?si=9vLwM5bC5Tadfymn). Just when it seems like the heroes have everything under control, strange Nomus appear out of nowhere, Katsuki gets captured, and a strange being appears before Mt. Lady and Best Jeanist.
Episode 10-11 gives one of the most anticipated fights in the manga to date All Might vs All for One. We see that the mysterious figure in the factory is the villain All for One (scene here: https://youtu.be/CP6up7US6fA?si=_2FIt2IR-imsciqg. (Shizuku): Does this guy have a name? (Nitsuj): You know, I don’t think we ever do find out his actual name). He quickly defeats Best Jeanist, Mt. Lady, and any other superheroes that were there just as the League of Villains and Katsuki arrive where once again Shigaraki tries to get Katsuki to turn evil but has no luck. All Might arrives onto the scene and takes on All for One all by himself while Katsuki tries to escape. We see All Might struggle because he’s afraid of getting Katsuki involved in the fight and the villains try to incapacitate Katsuki. Izuku and the others manage to regain their composure where Izuku comes up with a plan to save Katsuki and get the hell out of there. Izuku’s plan relies heavily on Katsuki reading the situation and getting out of there as quickly as possible (for once in your life stop being stubborn and fall back). Katsuki of course does read the situation and realizes he needs to get out of there, so he launches himself into the sky where Shoto provides a distraction and Izuku, Tenya, and Eijiro launch themselves into the sky as well where Katsuki takes Eijiro’s hand and they escape (scene here: https://youtu.be/vH0XHC2Ddmw?si=F2ogfXNA64ckR6JT). All for One teleports the other villains away and we get our climatic battle between All Might and All for One. All for One overwhelms All Might with his many quirks and even exposes All Might’s true form to the world (Shizuku: Their pillar of justice now looks like a stick of justice who’s about to break). As if that wasn’t bad enough, he drops the bomb by revealing that Shigaraki is the grandson of Nana, All Might’s master and the holder of One for All before All Might (if All Might wasn’t struggling mentally in this fight before, then he is now). At first this news shakes All Might to his very core that it seems like he’s all but ready to give up (Shizuku: Who could blame him? Out of all the lives he saved he couldn’t save his master’s grandson. The person who she entrusted her ideals and legacy to and he couldn’t save the family member of the person that mattered to him the most and now that person he couldn’t save has become a villain) until everyone in the world cheers for him and a few of the other heroes come to ease his burden. All for One decides it’s time to put an end to this and combines a multitude of his quirks into his arm for one final punch while All Might gathers up all of his remaining strength into his arm for his final stand. Their punches collide and at first it seems like All for One will win but All Might’s will (and need to get tricky) allows him to get a clear shot in on All for One’s distorted face and get the win as the last remains of One for All leave his body and the one left standing is All Might. As the heores begin searching the area for injured citizens and All for One is taken away (kill him! He’s too dangerous to be kept alive) All Might delivers one final saying “You’re next” (Shizuku: What is he Goldberg?). On the surface it looks like he’s talking to the villains but in truth he was talking to Izuku and letting him know that there’s no more gas in the tank and that his time will come much sooner than expected (scene here: https://youtu.be/lLiNMpwktsI?si=KPFgBcm6FU2kdzcO).
Episode 12 shows us the aftermath of All Might’s fight with All for One. While All Might was successful in bringing down All for One and capturing him (Shizuku: Not bad for a stick man) there’s no denying that the villains won strategically. All Might’s true form has been revealed, One for All is no longer inside of him, the government still doesn’t know jack about League of Villains or their numbers, and most importantly they lost their symbol of peace (in the end the villains have gained a huge upper hand). As for Izuku and the others, they hand Katsuki over to the police who want to question him and the others and then half a day later they get to go home. When Shoto arrives home we see Endeavor is pissed about All Might. With All Might done he’s now the number one hero but not in the way he wanted it to go down. That title was gift wrapped to him, he never truly beat All Might for it, and in a way it’s like the world is giving him the title because All Might is no more (in the end Endeavor will just be seen as a lesser version of All Might and will never get a chance to prove that he was the better hero and it pisses him off). As for Izuku, he returns home only to get a call from All Might later asking to meet up with him where he punches Izuku for being so reckless (he deserved it) and tells him that he has officially retired. He also praises Izuku for getting out of the predicament without injury himself (Shizuku: He’s learning) and promises to focus on raising him right (scene here: https://youtu.be/1r43Dv1iGos?si=HkUoJI2s96qCUnaC, you sound like a dad). The next day the principal at U.A has announced a plan to move all students into dorms on U.A’s campus but only if the parents approve of their child still attending the school so for the rest of the episode All Might and Aizawa go to the homes of the students and beg for the parent’s approval. I have to admit it is nice to see the parents of these characters and see where some of the characters get their personality from (Shizuku: I especially like Katsuki’s parents. He has his mom’s attitude and hair color while he had his dad’s hair style and his dad is actually the sensible one as opposed to the mom but his mom recognizes how weak and shallow he really is and how he has a long way to go to be a true hero. Scene here: https://youtu.be/gMp7ZNoOx0o?si=XytPAyyLC-KxyXuU). After Katsuki’s house, All Might goes to Izuku’s house alone where Izuku’s mom is against it (can’t say I blame her). While Izuku’s mom is thankful for everything All Might has done she’s still a mom and worried about Izuku. She wants him to follow his dreams but if it means Izuku has to suffer to a level where he’ll lose the ability to use his arms and the teachers have a hard time keeping him safe and in check, then she rather he had stayed quirkless and admired heroes from the sideline (she really is a good mom. She loves her son so much that even when the greatest hero of all time promises his safety and sees his potential she can’t help but worry for her baby). She continues to express her worries and how she doesn’t want Izuku to attend U.A anymore and Izuku says he’s fine with that. He shows her the letter Kota wrote for him (Shizuku: That I forgot to mention was hand-written instead of that email or social media crap) and how for the first time he became someone’s hero, felt like one, and how he will continue to pursue his dream of becoming a hero. This scene inspires All Might that he’s transforms into his muscle form, gets on his knees, and bows his head to Izuku’s mom to support Izuku and even goes as far as telling her that he believes that Izuku will become the next symbol of peace (he even says he’ll lay down his life to protect Izuku. Scene here: https://youtu.be/0dL-B6phrng?si=qoBsnApEZvZ0rAb-). Izuku’s mom ultimately agrees to let Izuku continue going to U.A as long as All Might promises to raise him properly and continue to live and Izuku stops making his mom worry. They both agree to do this and after the credits we see All for One has also placed some high expectations on Shigaraki as he believes that by going to a place that Shigaraki can’t reach him, Shigaraki will use his anger and regret to become a stronger leader.
In episode 13 Izuku and the rest of class A go to their new dorms Height Alliance. It starts off on a scary note with Aizawa calling Izuku and the others who went to save Katsuki out and saying that if it wasn’t for All Might’s retirement he would have expelled all of them, including the students who knew about their actions but still did nothing (understandable. I would have said the same thing. What they did was brave but it was stupid, reckless, and a complete betrayal of Aizawa’s trust. They got lucky that night). After Aizawa’s little speech the atmosphere is heavy so Katsuki lightens up the situation using Kaminari and repaying Eijiro for his night goggles. After this they go into the dorms where they each have their own room on the second, third, and fourth floors while the first floor is the common area as well as the baths and laundry room. After they all unpack, the girls decide to have a room presentation contest where we to see a majority of each character’s room (Shizuku: This is actually pretty cool as it gives us a little more insight into their character. After all, a room reflects a person). Izuku’s room is of course a shrine to All Might (Shizuku: Good God child, why would you bring that stuff?), Tokoyami’s room is what I imagine every goth kid’s room would look like, Aoyama’s room is shinny and filled with mirrors, Mineta’s room gets skipped (for obvious reasons. (Shizuku): I’m sure his room is a sex dungeon), Ojiro’s room is normal, Iida’s room is organized (reminds me of my room. I don’t like messing rooms), Kaminari’s room is gaudy, Koda’s room is cute (Shizuku: Aww, he’s got a rabbit. (Nitsuj): Careful, those things can be mean), Eijiro’s room is manly, Shoji’s room is empty (Shizuku: Material possessions are for the weak. (Nitsuj): I can live with that), Sero’s room is Asian theme, Shoto’s room is Japanese-style, and Sato’s room is pretty normal (aside from finding out that he enjoys baking nothing too major. Scenes here: https://youtu.be/mUWM_e_EvHU?si=sY5XR5SvmBdSPkTz and https://youtu.be/pi0ORThXGpM?si=xFGijuF6eR88scgP). After seeing a majority of the boys’ rooms, we move on to the girls’ rooms. Jiro’s room is a rocker’s paradise (not girly but cool to say the least. (Shizuku): I wish she had a shelve of CDs and albums), Hagakure’s room is as girly as you can get (ahh, too girly. My eyes), Ashido’s room is wild and energetic, Ochaco’s room is basic, and Momo’s room is a rich girl trying to be normal but failing (Shizuku: But she’s so cute and innocent that you can’t help but smile at her. Scene here: https://youtu.be/uBZxJAvKTQA?si=fhYJA_xWC2Bmst-B). In the end Sato’s room is declared the best (he makes good sweets) and after this Ochaco calls Izuku, Shoto, Tenya, Eijiro, and Momo outside as Tsu wants to talk to them. She pretty much expresses how worried she was when they went off to save Katsuki and how she wanted things to return to normal between them but didn’t know how to fix it. Not knowing what to do and afraid that she would never be able to smile and laugh with them again made her sad. The others realize the pain they caused her and apologize for their actions (scene here: https://youtu.be/lImbgoLgxxY?si=fopYQtn9t2IUP-Za).
(Shizuku): And that ends the first half of season 3. A lot of action, All Might’s last stand, and the students moving into dorms.
(Nitsuj): How will the second half keep the momentum going? We’ll find out next week. Thanks for reading and we’ll see you next time on Project Nitsuj.
