(Jade): Gotcha! *Clears throat* Let’s talk about demihumans. One of the four races in the world who are defined by their animal features such as tails, ears, horns, skin, massive bodies, etc. The demihumans are said to be the descendants of Midori, the Goddess of Earth who was a demihuman herself. Not only do we demihumans have animal features but we also have animal senses and strength. We can hear things a lot better than the other races, our sense of smell is stronger, and we’re strong. We’re the strongest race out there in terms of strength. When it comes to fighting we’re naturals and we always enjoy a good fight.
(Morgan): I’m sure that only applies to you.
(Jade): In terms of compatibility, demihumans can mate with each other and the other races, but you’ll get something different each time. For humans, the child will be a half demihuman, have animal features and enhanced senses. However, they’ll smell differently from a full-blooded demihuman. For merfolk and elves, the child will have a mix of animal features and elf/merfolk features to show off their heritage. Although I have heard that demihumans with merfolk DNA are great swimmers and those with elf DNA are more agile. Demihumans come in all forms and shapes. It’s not uncommon for a cat demihuman to date a dog demihuman or any other type of demihuman for that matter. However, the child will only inherit one of the parent’s demihuman features. Seriously, I once met a couple who were a coyote and penguin demihuman and the child only inherited coyote features. So if you wanted to see what would happen if you crossed a dog with a cat you’re out of luck. For years there’s been a lot of discrimination between demihumans and humans because of the way we look. We’ve had jobs turned down and been attacked just because of our race. Some have even been caught and sold into slavery. While I admit there are some bad demihumans out there most of us just want to live a nice and peaceful life. While efforts have been made on both sides to establish peace, fear and discrimination still exist and it’s up to the current generation and future generation to put an end to it. How was that?
