Hello and welcome to Project Nitsuj. Well Valentine’s Day is around the corner which means it’s time for everyone’s favorite list. That’s right, I’m Nitsuj and these are the top 11 Hottest Anime Girls (2023 Edition).
#11. Hitamuki from Immoral Guild

The innocent and caring Hitamuki is our furry this year. A new adventurer to the guild, this girl does her best to be helpful out in the field. Despite her sharp senses and martial arts background, Hitamaki seems to keep falling short out in the field and finds herself in ecchi positions and the men as well as kids around town can’t get enough of her body. As if that wasn’t bad enough, monsters also seem to be attracted to the girl and do all sorts of ecchi things to her. Still, despite all of this Hitamuki is always ready and willing to help out others no matter and you can’t help but admire her dedication.

I’m not sure when sexy devils became a thing, but they don’t seem to be dying out any time soon. Vermeil is the latest sexy devil to join their rankings. Having a very seductive and mature appearance that would drive any adolescent boy wild. However, despite her sexy appearance, it’s her personality that I find the most appealing about her. She has a bit of a childish side to her. She likes sweets. She wants attention from her master and has an innocent smile that melts your heart. Despite the character being new, she’s already won over a lot of support and I think she’ll be sticking in your minds for a while.
#9. Hana Uzaki from Uzaki-chan wants to Hang Out

Aside from her big assets, there’s a lot to like about Hana. She’s caring, snarky, funny, and a gamer. That’s always a plus in my book. On top of all this she’s cute and someone you would really enjoy hanging out with. Whether it be chilling at your place and playing the latest game, learning to cook at her house, or heading out to do something fun. There’s never a dull moment with this kouhai around.

An often overlooked character in an overlooked anime. The best way to describe Quitterie is tsundere. She’s smart, hot, and rich but at the same time doesn’t act like a spoiled ojou-sama. She’s just a straight-forward tsundere done right. I also like how she’s not the stereotypical gyaru character you would expect from her design. Quitterie was definitely the sexiest girl in the anime for me and the one I felt was the best.
#7. Lilith from The Maid I Hired Recently is Mysterious

There’s been many maids throughout the course of anime, but none have captured my attention as quickly as Lilith. From the minute you lay eyes on her you are instantly attracted to her. Her hair, her eyes, her design, her voice, it’s all perfect and pulls you in. On top of this she has a seductive playful side, but also a shy side as well. She can flirt with the object of her affection but when they start to flirt back she gets shy and runs away. That’s cute and shows how she knows about romance but is still vulnerable and sorting out her feelings as well. Lilith was a top-tier maid and hands down one of my favorite maids in anime.

All right, Bleach fans you win. Despite my neutral feelings when it comes to Bleach I can’t deny that the series had its fair share of sexy women. I do like it when a female character shows different sides of herself and Yoruichi is one of these characters. She’s playful with Ichigo often picking on him from time to time, but at times shows just how serious she can be and how much she knows in this world and what they’re going up against. She’s a character who knows when to kick back and have fun, but also when it’s time to get serious and kick some ass. I know everyone’s got a favorite female character in Bleach, but for me it was Yoruichi.

The R-Rated superhero may not make that many appearances in the anime, but she leaves quite the impact whenever she’s on screen. A veteran hero well-known throughout the industry, Midnight amazingly gets her sex appeal recognized by not having any fanservice scenes. The closest we get to fanservice from her is her outfit which looks like a dominatrix getup. Despite this, Midnight has shown to be a beloved and respectful teacher at UA. Taking an interest in all the students and coaching them to be the best heroes they can be. She’s a teacher I would have easily had a crush on if I was a student.
#4. Maki Zenin from Jujustu Kaisan

Like I said in my review of Jujustu Kaisan, I actually felt that Maki was a stronger female character than Nobara. She was written off by her family as a character who would never amount to nothing. Born with no powers and having to rely on her physical strength to fight against curses, Maki is like the Rock Lee of Jujustu Kaisan. You want to cheer her on to success because she works so hard to overcome her limitations to keep up and surpass everyone around her. Her personality may come across as mean and cruel at times, but as you start to hangout with her and get to know her you realize that this is just her way of showing care for you. She knows how dangerous this line of work is and wants you to be prepared for the dangers that come in it and outside of it. A strong woman who could kick my butt and I’m totally okay with.

A loving wife and mother by day and deadly assassin by night, Yor made this list by finding the perfect balance between the two and being a top tier wife. Despite being an assassin Yor is very kindhearted and gentle. She works had to be the best wife who supports Loid and help him see a new perspective on stuff, and protects Anya like she was her own daughter. She has a lot of cute moments throughout the series that makes you want to love her even more and is someone who gives it her all no matter what it is.

The oni alien who made leopard print sexy. The 2022 anime did a great job of showing just how beautiful and sexy Lum is. Despite Ataru’s continuous flirty and womanizing, Lum remains loyal to him and even helps him out of trouble occasionally. For someone who didn’t have a say in the marriage, you do have to admire Lum’s commitment to going all in and trying to make the relationship even if the boy she’s with continues to be blind to what’s in front of him. Oh well, blame it on youth. Here’s hoping Ataru grows up and realizes what a wonderful woman he has right in front of him.

Throughout all of 2022, everyone was calling Marin their waifu and yeah, she deserves it. She is a young girl passionate about what she likes to do and comfortable being herself around everyone she meets. She’s cute and popular but doesn’t let that go to her head. She’d rather spend her time playing games and watching anime which is always a plus in my book and discussing it with others on what they thought about it. She has a huge crush on a plain guy, but takes it slow and instead starts off as friends who like the same hobby. Marin is the kind of person you wish was real because she’s the kind of woman you would fall in love with once you got to know her and would not want to lose her.
